Transportation
Middle College High School is a Durham Public Schools high school that accepts students from three school districts: Durham Public Schools; Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools; and Orange County Schools. Each school district provides limited transportation to and from MCHS for its students.
Durham Public Schools
Durham Public Schools will pick up students at two different bus
stops each day and bring them to MCHS. The two bus
stops are Northern High School (11:00am pick-up) and Southern High School (10:00am pick-up).
Buses depart from MCHS at 5:30pm each day to return to those sites.

Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools
Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools provides its students with a free Triangle Transit Authority
pass. There is TTA bus stop right outside of the building that
houses Middle College High School. For more information, please

All Durham Tech. classes and the use of required
textbooks are free to MCHS students.
