Application For Student Enrollment
To apply, download and complete the student application (see below).

Minimum requirements for admission to MCHS are as follows:

• Candidate must be at least 16 years old at the beginning of the school year.
• Candidate must be at least a junior (in terms of high school credit).
• Candidate must have completed the following courses: World History; Biology; English 1; English 2; Alg. 1; Geometry.

STUDENTS MAY ENTER AS JUNIORS OR SENIORS.
